Combat Fuel Fitness, the story so far ...

Combat Fuel Fitness Limited began as our founder's Personal Training Service, AAB Fitness, in 2016 following medical discharge from the British Army.

We continue to offer a Personal Training Service built upon our founder's 11 years of civilian and military experience in Health and Fitness. All our Personal Trainers hold as a minimum professional certification at level 3 Personal Trainer but also have level 3 GP Referral, level 3 adapting exercise for older adults, level 3 exercise prescription for ante/post-natal women. We're committed to ensuring that when you are trained by us, you will be treated as an individual and helped to achieve your own health and fitness goals. It really doesn't matter how many diets you've tried already, whether you're male or female, or whether you've trained before or not. You'll receive the best of what works for you!

It was whilst working as a Personal Trainer that our founder saw that many people were using a range of different supplements to support their training. To complement the personal training service, he founded Combat Fuel to aid all types of physical training with supplements of the highest quality. Our supplements come in a range of mouth-watering flavours and can be used to support pre and post workout sessions.

Building on the Personal Training Service and Combat Fuel supplements, the next logical step was to open our own gym in November 2018 and establish Combat Fuel Fitness. This continues our ethos of being client-focussed, professional and inclusive whilst also recognising the specific needs of our armed forces' veterans. You can use our gym in three different ways: as a paid-up member, as part of one of our personal training packages or drop-in and pay per session.

In December 2018, we were delighted to welcome the British champion bench presser to a session in our gym where he trained a veteran, who's got his eye on a gold medal at the 2020 Invictus games.

We're also pleased to offer workshops targeting specific techniques or equipment. The first of these is on 2nd February 2019 when Aaron Page will be covering squat bench press and deadlift. Aaron's got some pretty impressive credentials, including being the European deadlift champion at 420kg in 2018 and coming first in the European log championship 2016 & 2017.

We're looking forward to 2019 in Combat Fuel Fitness Limited and meeting you as you join us on your own health and fitness journey!
